Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for federal roles, managing requisitions from intake to offer acceptance
- Proactively source and screen candidates, assessing qualifications and cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically for high-cleared federal talent
- Experience in Technology, Acquisition & Procurement (1102), and/or Management Consulting recruiting
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
