Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for federal roles, managing requisitions from intake to offer acceptance
  • Proactively source and screen candidates, assessing qualifications and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically for high-cleared federal talent
  • Experience in Technology, Acquisition & Procurement (1102), and/or Management Consulting recruiting
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
