• Build a diverse pipeline of candidates and implement effective outreach methods to attract talent

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, particularly in public accounting
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Desire to win and intellectual curiosity
• Experience using an ATS, with Greenhouse being a plus
