Job Summary
Senior Recruiter, responsible for full-time recruitment of technology and digital talent, managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, and generating leads in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate recruitment and retention, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for IT roles
- Conduct placement activities and maintain relationships with IT professionals to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development efforts while meeting business development goals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT recruiting experience in relevant technical skillsets
- Strong ability to understand IT requirements and identify qualified candidates
- Proven negotiating and closing skills with a desire to build a career in recruiting
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferred
