Job Summary

Senior Recruiter, responsible for full-time recruitment of technology and digital talent, managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, and generating leads in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate recruitment and retention, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for IT roles
• Conduct placement activities and maintain relationships with IT professionals to ensure customer satisfaction
• Generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development efforts while meeting business development goals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT recruiting experience in relevant technical skillsets
• Strong ability to understand IT requirements and identify qualified candidates
• Proven negotiating and closing skills with a desire to build a career in recruiting
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferred
