Senior Recruiter, responsible for full-time recruitment tasks including strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment processes by leveraging knowledge of role design and sourcing strategies
• Oversee candidate screening and advocate for their career opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction
• Develop brand awareness and share recruitment expertise to maintain trusted advisor status

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in the industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience or exposure to people or project management is a plus
• Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
