Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Senior Recruiter, an experienced individual contributor is sought for a contract, remote position in the US to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end US recruitment for technical and business roles
• Drive direct sourcing efforts and partner with hiring managers to define strategy and deliver results
• Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience while managing pipelines using SmartRecruiters

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, preferably in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments
• Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across various roles including Product Managers and Account Executives
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing strategies
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools, preferably SmartRecruiters
