Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Recruiter will partner with leadership to develop recruitment strategies, lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and executive roles, and mentor junior recruiters while driving employer branding initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop aligned recruitment strategies
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers for senior-level positions
- Mentor junior recruiters and drive employer branding initiatives at recruitment events and industry conferences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience in a corporate setting, with at least 2 years in technical recruiting
- Experience recruiting for professionals in Cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
