Job Summary

To support the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales and marketing roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify ideal candidates while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment from hiring manager brief to candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and define candidate profiles for current and future needs
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates using both conventional and unconventional sourcing methods
Required qualifications
  • Experience in closing senior and executive-level roles
  • Ability to work East Coast hours
  • Proactive attitude with a solution-focused mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and process-driven approach
  • Advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices
