Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for various roles, the part-time contract Senior Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, facilitate interview processes, and build strong talent pipelines in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across departments including Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Sales
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent and ensure a strong candidate experience
- Drive inclusive hiring practices and guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation and offer development processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups or tech companies
- Proven success in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles across multiple business functions
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
- Understanding of U.S. employment law and recruiting best practices, especially in remote settings
- Passion for creating inclusive candidate experiences and improving team representation
