Job Summary
Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time Senior Recruiter will source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles in a remote-first marketing agency, directly impacting the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually across various departments including marketing and operations
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and niche agency communities, while building a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates
- Coordinate interview processes, including first-round screenings, reference checks, and offer logistics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days
- Experience with high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
- Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
- Availability during 9am-5pm CT core hours and must be US-based
