Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time Senior Recruiter will source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles in a remote-first marketing agency, directly influencing the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually across multiple departments
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and niche agency communities
• Coordinate interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and offer logistics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days
• Experience with both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
• Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
• Availability during core hours of 9am-5pm CT
