Job Summary
To support a dynamic recruiting environment, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for product, engineering, data, business, and G&A roles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for manager/director-level positions across various teams
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of recruiting experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles and leadership positions
- Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with modern recruiting tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to process excellence
