Job Summary

To support a dynamic recruiting environment, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for product, engineering, data, business, and G&A roles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for manager/director-level positions across various teams
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience in startup or high-growth environments
• Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles and leadership positions
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with modern recruiting tools
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to process excellence
