Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, the remote Senior Recruiter will focus on attracting top IT talent and professionals in risk management and regulatory functions while managing a diverse portfolio of requisitions and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Proactively source candidates and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
- Experience recruiting across various functions, including technical and senior leadership roles
