Job Summary

Partnering cross-functionally to engage and hire talent, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Source and hire across all teams, owning every step from intake to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and identify suitable candidates
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load of 10-15 active job requisitions while ensuring quality and candidate experience
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for both technical and go-to-market roles
  • Proven success in sourcing passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered sourcing and outreach tools
  • Strong fluency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Ashby
  • Track record of managing multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
