Job Summary
Partnering cross-functionally to engage and hire talent, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source and hire across all teams, owning every step from intake to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Manage a high-volume requisition load of 10-15 active job requisitions while ensuring quality and candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for both technical and go-to-market roles
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered sourcing and outreach tools
- Strong fluency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Ashby
- Track record of managing multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
