Job Summary

Taking immediate ownership of strategic clients, the full-time Remote Senior Recruiter will source, interview, and extend offers to qualified Sales and Retail Associates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the candidate process and act as a candidate advocate throughout the recruitment journey
  • Source and screen diverse candidates through various channels, including networking and postings
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate fit and staffing needs
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in recruiting, sourcing, or customer service in a call center environment
  • Strong passion for enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced, changing work environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated creativity, interpersonal skills, and basic analytical abilities
