Job Summary

Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles within a remote-first marketing agency, sourcing and screening candidates while building a robust talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually across multiple functions including marketing, sales, and operations
  • Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and niche agency communities while maintaining a bench of pre-qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview processes, including first-round screenings, assessments, reference checks, and offer logistics
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or remote-first environment
  • Proven ability to fill roles within 30 days
  • Experience in both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
  • Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
  • US-based with availability during 9am-5pm CT core hours
