Job Summary
Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles within a remote-first marketing agency, sourcing and screening candidates while building a robust talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually across multiple functions including marketing, sales, and operations
- Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and niche agency communities while maintaining a bench of pre-qualified candidates
- Coordinate interview processes, including first-round screenings, assessments, reference checks, and offer logistics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or remote-first environment
- Proven ability to fill roles within 30 days
- Experience in both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
- Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
- US-based with availability during 9am-5pm CT core hours
