Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a healthcare client, the fully remote Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers to develop strategies, and source candidates across technical fields for a duration of 6+ months.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies
• Source candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency, corporate, or contract environments
• Minimum 2+ years of experience recruiting contractors or consultants within an external staffing agency
• Experience recruiting in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related technical industries
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience, including proactive sourcing and candidate engagement
