Job Summary
Partnering closely with business leaders, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles across various enterprise functions, including IT, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Legal, while executing staffing strategies and leading special projects to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
- Serve as a lead recruiter and subject matter expert, applying sourcing best practices and utilizing various sourcing tools
- Collaborate with senior hiring managers to evaluate position criteria and develop attractive job postings and sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of staffing or talent acquisition experience
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies
- Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred
- Knowledge of workforce planning and forecasting job needs preferred
