Job Summary

Partnering closely with business leaders, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles across various enterprise functions, including IT, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Legal, while executing staffing strategies and leading special projects to enhance talent acquisition efforts.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
  • Serve as a lead recruiter and subject matter expert, applying sourcing best practices and utilizing various sourcing tools
  • Collaborate with senior hiring managers to evaluate position criteria and develop attractive job postings and sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of staffing or talent acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies
  • Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and forecasting job needs preferred
