Job Summary
To support an international RPO team, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for commercial roles, establish best practices, and maintain relationships with hiring managers, all while working remotely in the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various commercial roles
- Develop and implement recruiting processes and best practices while managing hiring manager relationships
- Document selection decisions and support candidates and managers throughout the hiring process, including offer administration
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in-house or within an RPO environment
- Extensive experience in commercial recruitment, particularly in challenging market conditions
- Proven project management skills and ability to adapt to changing recruitment situations
- Professional-level proficiency in English is required
- Experience recruiting in the UK or DACH region is preferred
