Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the talent acquisition efforts, the part-time Senior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles in science, healthcare, project management, and technology, while working remotely and occasionally attending in-person meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage applicants through various channels to build talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and advise on recruitment strategies
• Oversee the full recruiting life cycle, including candidate communication, screening, and evaluations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years with applicant tracking systems and full recruiting lifecycle management
• 2+ years of experience sourcing passive candidates
• Experience in the Government Contracting Industry with extensive recruitment networks
• Intermediate experience with candidate sourcing platforms and Microsoft Office tools
