Job Summary
To support a growing People team, the remote Senior Recruiter (Contractor) will manage full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market and General & Administrative roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while collaborating closely with hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interview coordination, and closing offers
- Facilitate an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
- Partner with hiring managers and the broader People team on headcount planning and recruiting processes
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a preference for in-house experience in GTM and G&A hiring
- Prior experience in a startup environment or cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred
