Job Summary

To support the hiring of world-class talent across various teams, the full-time contract Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for product, engineering, data, design, and business roles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Lead/Manager/Director-level positions across multiple disciplines
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques and ensure a high-quality candidate experience

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in startup or venture environments
• Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles and director-level positions
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with modern recruiting tools
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to process excellence
