Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Senior Recruiter will proactively source candidates, manage hiring pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open roles across various departments, from defining searches to securing signed offers
- Proactively source candidates and develop tailored sourcing strategies while maintaining a strong network of passive candidates
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, maintaining dashboards for real-time visibility into hiring performance and pipeline health
Required qualifications
- Senior, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or creative agency
- Proven track record in proactive sourcing and closing candidates, including managing compensation discussions and counteroffers
- Experience administering an ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and maintain organized pipelines
- Fluency in English, with the capability to engage in closing conversations with senior candidates
