Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Senior Recruiter will proactively source candidates, manage the hiring pipeline, and partner with hiring managers across all departments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open roles, from defining searches to signed offers
  • Proactively source candidates and develop tailored sourcing strategies for each role
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS, providing insights on hiring performance
Required qualifications
  • Senior, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or creative agency
  • Proven ability to proactively source candidates and manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Experience administering an ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
  • Fluency in English, capable of conducting closing conversations with senior candidates
  • Strong partnership skills with hiring managers, able to challenge unrealistic criteria effectively
