Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Senior Recruiter will proactively source candidates, manage the hiring pipeline, and partner with hiring managers across all departments in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open roles, from defining searches to signed offers
- Proactively source candidates and develop tailored sourcing strategies for each role
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS, providing insights on hiring performance
Required qualifications
- Senior, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or creative agency
- Proven ability to proactively source candidates and manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Experience administering an ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Fluency in English, capable of conducting closing conversations with senior candidates
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers, able to challenge unrealistic criteria effectively
