Job Summary

To support a strategic project team, the contract Senior Recruiter will manage full cycle hiring for various roles in the telecommunications industry, focusing on sourcing, screening, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience, while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruiting processes from intake meetings to offer acceptance for field, technical, and corporate roles
• Source candidates through direct outreach, networks, and industry job boards while building pipelines for recurring roles
• Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring clarity on shifts and requirements

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in utilities, energy, construction, or skilled trades
• Strong sourcing skills for technical and field roles
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced operational setting
• Experience using ATS systems and basic recruiting analytics
