Job Summary
To support a strategic project team, the contract Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for telecommunications roles, focusing on sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and compliance while working remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through onboarding readiness, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles through proactive outreach
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on candidate assessments and recruitment best practices
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in utilities, energy, or skilled trades
- Strong sourcing skills with experience in building pipelines for specialized or high-volume roles
- Proven ability to partner with hiring leaders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of recruiting compliance and standardized selection practices
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics/reporting
