Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a strategic project team, the contract Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for telecommunications roles, focusing on sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and compliance while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through onboarding readiness, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles through proactive outreach
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on candidate assessments and recruitment best practices

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in utilities, energy, or skilled trades
• Strong sourcing skills with experience in building pipelines for specialized or high-volume roles
• Proven ability to partner with hiring leaders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of recruiting compliance and standardized selection practices
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics/reporting
