Job Summary
Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time Senior Recruiter will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles in a remote-first marketing agency, directly influencing the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually across multiple functions including paid media and operations
- Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and niche agency communities while building a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates
- Coordinate interview processes, conduct reference checks, and track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or remote-first environment
- Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days
- Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
- Experience in both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
- US-based with availability during 9am-5pm CT core hours
