Job Summary

Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time Senior Recruiter will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles in a remote-first marketing agency, directly influencing the company's growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually across multiple functions including paid media and operations
  • Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and niche agency communities while building a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview processes, conduct reference checks, and track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or remote-first environment
  • Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days
  • Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
  • Experience in both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
  • US-based with availability during 9am-5pm CT core hours
