Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment, the full-time Senior Recruiter will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and offer extension while collaborating remotely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles, managing intake through offer and onboarding
• Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple requisitions, handling both active and passive pipelines
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain accurate tracking of candidates within ATS systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or operational environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and offer management
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools
