Job Summary
Seeking a highly driven Senior Recruiter for a fully remote, contract position focused on identifying and attracting top talent for Client Service roles within the employee benefits sector, with a strong potential for conversion to a full-time role.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer, managing a dynamic requisition load with speed and precision
- Proactively build and engage talent pipelines through social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments, providing insights to elevate hiring decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
- Proficiency with employment laws and compliance issues
- Experience in passive recruiting in an agency or recruitment outsourcing environment preferred
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and technology
- Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
