Seeking a highly driven Senior Recruiter for a fully remote, contract position focused on identifying and attracting top talent for Client Service roles within the employee benefits sector, with a strong potential for conversion to a full-time role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer, managing a dynamic requisition load with speed and precision
• Proactively build and engage talent pipelines through social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments, providing insights to elevate hiring decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
• Proficiency with employment laws and compliance issues
• Experience in passive recruiting in an agency or recruitment outsourcing environment preferred
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and technology
• Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
