Job Summary

Leading strategic and full-cycle recruitment initiatives, the remote Senior Recruiter will partner with executives to address hiring challenges, conduct structured interviews, and optimize sourcing campaigns across various platforms.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and develop strategies to improve hiring processes
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure candidate skill and culture fit
  • Mentor junior recruiters and assistants while monitoring hiring metrics for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of strategic and full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Strong track record in sourcing executive, specialist, and high-volume roles
  • Proficient in ATS systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
