Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a global medical equipment manufacturer, collaborating with hiring managers and utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare and maintain regular recruitment reports, analyzing key metrics to track hiring progress
Required qualifications
  • Over 5 years of sourcing and recruitment experience, preferably in-house or RPO
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales recruitment
  • Professional-level proficiency in English and French; Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Experience in stakeholder management and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously with reliable working methods
