Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a global medical equipment manufacturer, collaborating with hiring managers and utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare and maintain regular recruitment reports, analyzing key metrics to track hiring progress
Required qualifications
- Over 5 years of sourcing and recruitment experience, preferably in-house or RPO
- At least 2 years of experience in sales recruitment
- Professional-level proficiency in English and French; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Experience in stakeholder management and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work autonomously with reliable working methods
