Job Summary

To support a growing consultancy, the full-time remote Senior Recruiter - Consultant Engagement Director will build and manage consultant pipelines, lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts, and align consultant capabilities with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage high-quality consultant pipelines through outreach and engagement
• Lead candidates through the recruitment process from outreach to first placement
• Align consultant capabilities and goals with active client opportunities to support rapid placement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume healthcare staffing or talent acquisition environment
• Familiarity with Epic and related staffing needs within healthcare organizations
• Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting processes
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship management
• Strong ability to manage multiple active job openings with urgency and attention to detail
