Job Summary

Serving as a strategic partner with hiring managers, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform full-lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
  • Establish partnerships with Hiring Managers to lead recruiting efforts and develop innovative sourcing strategies
  • Manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System and maintain critical reporting metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant recruitment software
  • Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
