Job Summary
To support a dynamic advertising agency, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting for manager to VP-level roles across various disciplines, partnering with division leads to build talent pipelines and enhance the candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for manager, director, and VP-level roles across multiple teams
- Partner with division leads to scope roles and design effective interview processes
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and manage the full candidate experience from outreach to offer negotiation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with experience filling manager-to-VP-level roles
- Direct experience hiring in paid media, CRM/lifecycle, and/or creative fields
- Proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Ashby, and a metrics-driven approach
- Experience recruiting in ecommerce, DTC, performance marketing, or martech environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
