Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and business roles, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer across various roles
- Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and networking
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and improve recruiting processes
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a product company, startup, scale-up, or agency
- Experience hiring technical and senior-level talent
- Strong sourcing skills for complex roles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
