Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and business roles, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer across various roles
• Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and networking
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and improve recruiting processes

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a product company, startup, scale-up, or agency
• Experience hiring technical and senior-level talent
• Strong sourcing skills for complex roles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
