Job Summary
To support the hiring efforts of a growing organization, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM and technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire recruiting process for GTM and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent across various engineering and sales disciplines
- Act as a consultative advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent strategies with business goals and ensuring hiring excellence
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience for both GTM and technical roles
- Proven track record managing strategic sourcing initiatives for specialized technical and commercial roles
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools to manage recruitment data effectively
- Ability to influence hiring teams and drive timely, high-quality hiring outcomes
- Working knowledge of equity-based compensation and competitive market analysis in technical and GTM talent spaces
