Job Summary
To support high-volume client needs, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage the full cycle RPO recruiting process, maintain client relationships, and source passive talent in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full cycle RPO recruiting for clients, including requirement management with HR and hiring managers
- Effectively source and attract passive talent while managing a high-volume requisition load
- Conduct face-to-face client interactions to strengthen client relationships
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Proven RPO recruiting experience
- Proficiency with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
