Job Summary
To support a high-volume recruiting environment, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full cycle RPO recruiting, build client relationships, and source passive talent while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full cycle RPO recruiting for clients, including requirement management with HR and hiring managers
- Source and attract passive candidates while effectively managing a high-volume requisition load
- Conduct face-to-face interactions with clients to maintain and strengthen relationships
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Proven experience in RPO recruiting
- Proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
