Job Summary

To enhance the recruitment process for online positions, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while working remotely from Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for online roles, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an online or digital environment
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong understanding of online job markets and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities
