Job Summary
Bringing strategic hiring expertise, the remote contract Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for various positions across portfolio companies, focusing on executive-level roles and niche markets while proactively sourcing candidates and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting for all levels of positions, including entry-level and executive roles
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools
- Maintain candidate tracking within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and meeting recruitment metrics
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based property management companies
- Demonstrated success in recruiting executive-level and niche-profile roles
- Strong sourcing background with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience advising senior stakeholders as a strategic talent partner
