Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the growth of an innovative educational initiative, the full-time contract Senior Recruiter will leverage AI tools to enhance talent sourcing, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various sourcing strategies and AI tools
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to improve candidate quality
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience with high-touch coordination throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of talent engagement experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Deep motivation for transforming computer science education for an AI-native generation
• Comfort and experience using AI tools in recruiting processes
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Understanding of recruiting best practices and interviewer compliance
