Job Summary

To support a dynamic recruiting environment, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, utilizing creative sourcing strategies and AI tools to enhance candidate experiences and streamline processes in a 100% remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to close, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche and hard-to-find talent, leveraging AI tools for efficiency
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role definitions and maintain clear communication on search progress

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in fast-growing startups
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines through creative sourcing and deep candidate engagement
• Expertise in using Greenhouse for recruiting processes, including optimization and administration
• Strong fluency with AI tools, especially Claude, demonstrating their application in recruiting
• Excellent judgment in assessing candidates, particularly for unique roles that deviate from standard profiles
