Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic talent advisor, the temporary Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple business functions in a fully remote environment, partnering with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Utilize ATS and recruiting technologies to enhance efficiency and maintain accurate candidate records

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions and collaborate with hiring managers
• Experience with AI-assisted recruiting and various sourcing technologies
• Familiarity with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Workday
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
