Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruitment for assigned roles, partnering with Hiring Managers and stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by developing proactive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by managing stakeholder communications and improving the hiring journey
• Leverage metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions to enhance recruiting effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted
• Minimum of 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required
• Experience in high-volume recruiting for various functional areas preferred
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System required; Workday experience preferred
• Strong consultative and analytical skills to act as a talent advisor to stakeholders
