Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

To enable hiring efforts during a critical growth phase, the full-time remote Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-priority roles, partner with hiring managers, and maintain data hygiene in recruiting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for 5-10 high-priority searches, collaborating with hiring managers to define needs and build effective interview loops
• Act as a partner to hiring teams, driving intake conversations and aligning stakeholders on talent standards and expectations
• Utilize Ashby to maintain data integrity and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and efficient hiring decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment
• Proficiency in AI tools for sourcing and decision-making, with a strong understanding of when to leverage technology
• Experience with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter or the ability to quickly adapt to new recruiting platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer management, with a focus on stakeholder partnership
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and effectively selling candidates on the company vision
