Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning full-cycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, the remote Senior Recruiter will leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while advising hiring managers and continuously improving recruiting workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical and business roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create customized recruitment plans
• Utilize AI tools to enhance recruiting operations and maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Proven experience recruiting for both technical (Engineering, Product) and business (Finance, Sales) roles
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate AI-generated outputs and maintain recruitment metrics
• Experience managing relationships with external recruitment agencies
