Job Summary

Supporting the Americas RPO team, the full-time Senior Recruiter will execute full life cycle recruiting for manufacturing and warehouse-level roles, managing candidate intake efficiently in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and place candidates for manufacturing and warehouse positions across multiple operating companies
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with client needs and process-driven guidelines
• Maintain structured selection practices while adapting to rapidly changing recruitment volumes and priorities

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
