Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, the remote Senior Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source top talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process on a 6-month contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for various roles across multiple functions
• Partner with hiring managers to create effective hiring strategies and understand business needs
• Source and attract talent through various channels while maintaining candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups or regulated industries
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with English proficiency at C1/C2 level
• Experience recruiting for a wide variety of roles, including exempt and non-exempt positions
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics/reporting
