Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage technical and non-technical hiring for both Codelitt and Carbon Residential, focusing on sourcing, evaluating candidates, and conducting cultural interviews in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruiting processes from intake through candidate acceptance, collaborating with hiring managers to understand business needs
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles such as software engineers and non-technical positions in real estate and corporate functions
• Conduct structured cultural and behavioral interviews to assess candidate alignment with company values and provide recommendations to hiring managers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles
• Strong ability to source passive candidates and manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
• Experience conducting behavioral and cultural interviews
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools
• Demonstrated judgment in candidate evaluation and the ability to recommend against hiring when necessary
