Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage hiring across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT while building candidate pipelines and contributing to process improvements in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close, adapting to both G&A and technical requisitions as needed
• Build strong candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity
• Collaborate with hiring managers to translate talent needs into effective search strategies and enhance the candidate experience

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similar high-growth environment
• Ability to quickly adapt to new role types and talent markets, shifting between business and technical requisitions
• Comprehensive knowledge of the candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing to interviewing and closing
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality
