Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Recruiter will lead the full-cycle recruiting process across North America, partnering with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to attract top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates at all levels
• Shape search strategies by aligning with hiring managers and HR partners on job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Mentor and coach other recruiters, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement in recruiting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior or specialized roles
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Experience mentoring or leading other recruiters
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategies with organizational needs
